Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be genuinely happy with your Shouqly order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:
- Return window: 7 days from delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.
- Damaged or wrong item: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
- How to start a return: Message us via the Contact page with your order number.
- Refunds: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method, or as store credit for COD orders.
- Non-returnable items: Final sale, intimate, or hygiene-sensitive items are not eligible unless defective.
